About

My path into yoga began unexpectedly in 2014 after a frightening LSD experience left me with intense, drug-induced anxiety. During my very first meditation session, desperate for relief, I experienced a deep stillness that cut through the fear. That moment changed everything.Since then, meditation has become a foundational daily practice. Over the years, it has reduced my anxiety, expanded my self-awareness, and deepened my sense of equanimity and peace.Years later, while serving at a meditation retreat, I met a fellow server and former inmate, who shared how yoga and meditation had transformed his life. That conversation inspired me to dedicate my life to sharing these practices with others.Today, I’m a certified yoga and breathwork instructor with over a decade of daily practice. I guide men through yoga, meditation, mindfulness and breathwork practices — not as rituals of escape but as disciplines for cultivating greater awareness, mental clarity, physical resilience, and spiritual depth.
